Terms of Service

By creating an account, buying a sticker, or scanning a CarNotify QR you agree to these terms.

The service

CarNotify relays parking alerts from a scanner to the owner. We do not display the owner’s phone or email to the scanner. Delivery depends on the owner’s plan, notification settings, and third-party email/SMS providers. We do not guarantee that every alert will be read in time to prevent towing, damage or loss.

Plans and stickers

Paid plans (monthly, yearly, lifetime) unlock the vehicle and alert limits shown at checkout. Shop stickers stay inactive until the buyer pays, except where a trial is offered. Pre-printed secret codes are for the buyer of that pack only.

Acceptable use

Do not brute-force activation codes, scrape tokens, spam alerts, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts and stickers that abuse the system.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CarNotify is not liable for missed or delayed alerts, parking fines, towing, or vehicle damage. Our total liability for a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan period.
